Highland Solutions, which provides cloud computing, systems integration and other technology services, said it signed an eight-year lease to move its headquarters to 9,793 square feet at the Chicago Board of Trade Building at 141 W. Jackson Blvd. The Chicago firm will move June 1 from 4,643 square feet at 200 S. Michigan Ave., said Jason Schulz, CEO of Chicago-based brokerage J. Rich, which represented Highland Solutions. The space is one of the pre-furnished suites created by Chicago-based GlenStar Properties and San Antonio-based USAA Real Estate, which bought the north and south towers of the property in 2012. “We chose the CBOT Building because it has a creative and technology vibe to it, with first-class amenities, along with great economics and top-of-the-line infrastructure,” Jeff Nixon, Highland's president and chief operating officer, said in a statement.
